readers not able to comment

    From time to time, people ask me why they cannot comment on my post. Most of them don’t have wordpress accounts, but some of them have. They are not able, whatever they do, to post comments, they are asked to log out or log in or similar stuff. End result: less comments on my blog, most comments moved to FB.
    I checked the box allowing comments in whatever form, even if people are not logged in.
    Can you please address the comments issue? some friends of mine with wordpress blogs have a similar issue.

    I am sorry but unless we have specifics about exactly which devices are being used to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com and other specifics regarding exactly which browsers and versions of them are is use we cannot help.
