Readers not able to comment

Hi, I posted yesterday and I’ve had several people tell me that they are unable to leave comments? I’ve never had this happen before, could you help me? Thanks you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Comments are open on your posts. We don’t have a clue which devices the visitors who say they cannot comment are using to connect to the internet and to your blog, or any details about their computing environment so we cannot offer assistance. If they are WordPress.COM users then please have them log in and state what happens when they try to comment on your blog right here in this thread please.

I am having the same problem … one of my readers’ comments are not appearing on my blog. She has commented on several posts but I am not seeing them!
