Readers Not Receiving Notification On New Comments

  Hello. My readers say they are not getting an email notification when a new comment is posted on an article on my Blog. They say that, after they comment, they have checked the box asking to be notified. Is there anything I can do, or what can I suggest they do?

  You are in the wrong forum since in another thread you reported your blog URL as http://blog.yola.com/ which is a self-hosted blog and support for that software is here > http://wordpress.ORG/support
