Reader's pre-approved comment stuck & not visible

It’s been over 2 hrs. since a reader commented on my blog. She /her comments already are auto-approved.
However it’s not showing up publicly on the blog.
Do comments sometimes get “stuck” on the back-end of a blog?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Please use the pop-up live chat support box on the bottom right hand corner of your Admin page to contact Staff with your support issue. Make sure you tell theme which username commented so they know what to look for when you contact them.

Ok, thx. It’s happened several times before ….but lst time I decided to act since I have regular readers and commenters.
