Readers receiving posts a week late

  I have about 500 people reading our blog. We use the full text setting when sending it out weekly. I have one reader that receives the post a week late. Her email will say that she has a new post for July 18 in the subject line, but the content is from the July 11 post. We have tried unsubscribing her and then resubscribing her, but that hasn’t worked. She isn’t having any other email issues. Any ideas on how to fix this?

  What frequency has she selected here please? Are you sure she did not select weekly?

  When readers subscribe, they’ll get an email update (either immediately, daily, or weekly, depending on the frequency they choose) when you write new posts on your blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/blog-subscriptions/
