Readers unable to comment

Previously people could comment. For the last 18-24 months same regular readers complain that their comments dont appear nor do I see it in comments section on Dashboard. I checked all my deafult settings, discussion etc. Why can’t they comment?

The most likely reason your readers’ comments aren’t appearing on anivaasi.com is that the Akismet spam filter has incorrectly flagged their email addresses as global spam, causing their messages to be funneled directly into your Spam folder, which automatically purges every 15 days. If you’ve already verified your Discussion settings, check the “Spam” tab under your Comments menu; if you find legitimate readers there, clicking “Not Spam” will retrain the filter to trust them. Additionally, if you use the Jetpack Social Login feature, it often fails on mobile browsers due to privacy “iframes” blocking the connection; disabling this in your Jetpack Discussion settings to use the standard WordPress comment form is the most reliable way to ensure their posts actually reach your database.
