Readers unable to comment/like my blog

  In my discussion settings I have NOT ticked ‘Users must be registered and logged in to comment’, but I’m finding that readers who wish to comment/like are being instructed to register and log in – which can be a deterent for some people.

  I have, though, ticked ‘Comment author must fill out name and e-mail’
  And ‘Comment must be manually approved’.
