Reading list

Hi, is there way I can filter entries on the, Blogs I Follow reading list. I’m following a guy who post some good stuff, it’s just that he’s very active and he sometimes floods my list. I find the the WP navigation a little on the arcane side, so I’m hoping this feature is one of those hidden away somewhere.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The only way I’ve been able to overcome being inundated by very active WPcom sites is to unfollow them in the Reader and then subscribe by email using a different email account or an alias to my main email account. That way I can choose to get a Daily or Weekly digest of their posts instead of a flood in the Reader.
