Reading of the blog

How do you change the way the posts are read? Is it possible to have the posts read in chronological order instead of the most recent post comes first?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Blogs are essentially a reverse chronological order publishing tool and you cannot change this order on a free hosted WordPress.com blog.
Readers arrive to read our most recent posts. In the case of my blog that means they don’t have to slog through over 800 posts to locate the most recent one.
See here for the option of creating a book-like structure > http://en.support.wordpress.com/write-a-book/ Perhaps that will work for you.
You could use a single sticky post as an index page > http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/#sticky-posts

If you are creating a historical record blog note that you can backdate the date stamps in the Publish module prior to publishing posts.

It looks like the blog will be a record of you travel to another country – while “in chronological order” sounds great at first – as you start posting and friends and others follow what you are writing – they will come to the blog and needing to slog through pages and pages to get to the latest Post sucks and turns people off (in my opinion) and they will go away and get tired of the trouble – regular visitors like to see fresh stuff at the top –
My suggestion – see the links from @TT above and one of them should show you how to have a page that lists things in order – have that page where it is easy to find (in a menu at the top or top of the sidebar) then new visitor can visit that page and see the oldest at the top and read things in order – then everyone is hopefully happy
