Reading page in settings

  Hi! when i go to settings, the only tabs I have are general, writing and discussion. i’m trying to get to the reading page in order to change the number of posts that display on my homepage. can you help? i’m befuddled.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
