Reading setting

  I have changed my WordPress reading settings yesterday to FULL instead
  of SUMMARY……how long does it take for the changes to be reflected
  correctly in Google’s Feedburner? I have an email subscription list that went
  out this morning with SUMMARIES not FULL content……Should Google eventually pick up the WordPress configuration change in the reading settings – or is there anything more I need to do?

  Hello,

  I just checked out your FeedBurner feed, and your most recent post is displaying correctly as a full post. (It’s likely that FeedBurner caches the feeds and only updates them so often.)

  You do have your feed set to display only the most recent post on your blog, but I’m assuming that’s intentional.

  Thanks – but I am not sure where you are reading the full post feed. I just checked out feed://peggiesplace.wordpress.com/feed/ – and also feed://feeds.feedburner.com/FunnFaithForTheSoul – and both show only a summary with “read more”……..is that normal?

  I DID just notice the correction that has now taken effect at http://www.peggiesplace.com/peggiesblog.htm which is now displayed a full post. I am assuming the correction will also be in effect the next time I email subscribers.

  Yes, since it is emailed to subscribers, I want only one post to be displayed.
