Reading setting

  I would like to make my blog private. When I go to dashboard->settings, there is no reading settings. There is only “account” “password” security” “public profile” “subscriptions delivery” and “billing history”. I’ve clicked on all of them and none of them have reading settings. Any ideas where the setting to make my blog private would be?
