Reading setting doesnt show

    I am finding wordpress very hard to set up. I cant seem to set up a page to be a blog page – the only advice I can make sense of tells me to go to my reading tab on settings – but there is no reading tab showing on settings at all. I am set up as the administrator so this makes no sense.
