reading settings

  Hello!WordPress.com service is suposed to be back, but I can’t see the “reading settings” (onto dashboard: show “?”posts or a static page). Is it the same with your blog, due to this wp bad day, or is everything allright with your blog? (…Or something has changed, maybe? Thanks by advance :)
