  I want to set the reading on SUMMARY, not on Full text, but this change take not action.
  How could I do set the reading on SUMMARY for each posts?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s for your RSS feed, not the posts on your actual blog. You need to use the more tag:
