Reading settings not where it should be in dashboard

  In my dashboard (http://canyouparadigm.wordpress.com/wp-admin/), I understand I should be able to access Settings >> Reading. But it is not there. When I hover over Settings, all I see are “Sharing” and “Polls”.

  All I want to do is make my blog private. Please help!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You need to be logged in as an Admin – you are describing the look of the Dashboard for an Editor and below – is there another account you might have used to register the blog?
