Reading settings problem – "Blog pages show at most" doesn't display

  Reading settings problem in the dashboard: the “Blog pages show at most” does not display, and “To infinity and beyond” as well, so I can’t set them up. This does not happen in another blog of mine (http://bydestinydenied.wordpress.com) using the same theme (Blaskan). Please help
