  I’m ready to upgrade my free site and figure I’ll start slow with the personal level. I just want to make sure this will do the following:
  1. Take WordPress out of the URL
  2. Allow me to upload audio directly to the site.

  .But, if you want to remove “wordpress.com” from your domain, you must purchase a domain name for your site. You can buy and register a new domain for your site by following the steps mentioned in the guide here: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/register-domain/.
