Ready to upgrade to our own domain and website with WordPress

  We are ready to upgrade but want to be sure we can import (or redirect) our current blog into the new site. Advice appreciated and thank you. Sandy

  Hi Sandy,

  It’s absolutely possible to upgrade the domain of your existing free WordPress.com blog.

  There will be no need to transfer to a new blog, the domain will start pointing to your current blog but yes, it’s also possible to move your current blog to a new WordPress.com blog.
