real bad mouthing / slander

  I am trying to find out wheter it is legal to simply badmouth some-one with full name and detail. I have been blogging for a long time and now i’d like you to look into what is happening here : ROBIN LLOYD PPRUNE : https://robinlloydpprune.wordpress.com/

  Th epilot in the picture is my son and the text is complete untrue.

  Thanks! I wanted to her to fill out a form because even if we don’t take action as a result of defamation, sites with defamatory material many times have other content that may violate ToS – that may not need the defamed to report it.

  So, we’ll take a look for her and let her know if we need to take action on the blog or if there is any next steps we need her to take.

  I did. But it is still there. Whicj is weird. Is it allowed for me to write things about you without me nowing you ?
  I could write on one of my blogs youstole xyz, and said abc, while you didn’t ? But in the meantime, i damage your name ?

  Look at this text and you’ll realize this is awfull. Please do remove it.
  I’ve been blogging now for many years and never ran into something as bad as this, allowed by wordpress. Check my blog to meet my son, who’s picture is posted there without our permission.
