  Could You please advise me what is the best theme, plug in for using professional real estate website, also needs to be able to accept credit card payments
  I need also several log in into my website, as admin, and then clients, agents atd…
  and needs to be connected to several rental websites by xml feeds or API.
  I can do it myself(is it possible here?), or what is the best channel manager plug in (not theme) and if theme and plug in is different provider, how can I put it together with design

  We don’t have any themes on WordPress.com specifically designed for real estate sites, and we’re not able to advise you on specific plugins here either. These forums cater for owners of free WordPress.com sites, and neither staff nor the volunteers in this forum have sufficient experience with the plugins available out there to make recommendations like that.

  For advice on themes and plugins available the best place to ask would be online forums that specifically cater to people in the real estate industry, though you can probably also try in the self-hosted WOrdPress forums at https://wordpress.org/support/

  To accept payments on any site you’d need a payment gateway plugin. There are many of those available.

  Likewise for custom user roles with different levels of access you’d need a plugin that adds that. Most likely there are several custom solutions available specifically for real-estate sites, but I’m afraid this is the wrong forum to give you advice on those.
