  The themes available for use on wordpress.com blogs (and for css customization) are found here -> Presentation -> Themes. And none of those that you find there are distinctly “commercial” for good reason.

  WordPress.com blogs cannot be used to drive traffic to third party sites; business cannot be conducted on wordpress.com blogs; and, advertising is not allowed on wordpress.com blogs (you may have only a single link to your business).
