Real Support?
-
My business has multiple business accounts for all of our sites, which I have access to as administrator. I’m trying to work out the email address attached to the billing account so I can reset the login details as the person who set up the account has left the business. Is there a way of receiving real support on this issue? Posting in these forums isn’t going to help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This account isn’t linked to any of the sites in question I just had to use it to gain access to these forums.
Sites in question are
http://www.steakedinburgh.com
http://www.twelvepicardyplace.com
http://www.beerandskittlesbar.co.uk
http://www.no8listersquare.co.uk/ -
I don’t think there is a real support option. I’ve been looking. If you find it let me know!

@jam080218 This is the WordPress.com support forum. None of those sites are hosted here so you’re asking in the wrong place I’m afraid.

Why does it matter where the sites are hosted? I have full access to all the domains as well as their WordPress backends. They are all published with WordPress, all I want to know is the email address of the billing account they are attached to.

Why does it matter where the sites are hosted?
Surely where the sites are hosted is where you pay the money to. This is WordPress.com and none of those sites are on WordPress.com servers. They may well be using the open source WordPress.org software but that is a different thing entirely.

@jam080218, it matters because you’ll likely need to work with your host to regain access to the sites. If we were your host we could help, but it seems you need to get in touch with 123-REG.CO.UK .
Once you have established ownership with your host and you’re able to log on and ensure you have useable backups, you can read all of these these instructions from WordPress.org to determine which method you want to use to regain access to your installation:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_PasswordThen, if you need more help, contact your host, or you can get community support at wordpress.org/support/forums . Or, if you prefer to move your sites to our service, we can help with that too once you’re able to log in.
