Real Time Notification Bars – Looking for a plugin

  Hello,

  I have a problem because I need to create a page where boxes with notifications in the form of news will pop up in real time. I really want each notification to be shown in real time on the website.
  It will be brief information.

  How is this supposed to look like:
  1. I give a short message in some panel or whatever.
  2. Notifications pop up on the selected subpage one above the other.
  3. They pop up in real time without a page refresh.

  What to include in the notification:
  – time
  – text
  – possibility to choose the color of the box (optional – not necessary)
