  Im trying to find a way to contact someone from this sites staff, It seems to be almost impossible. Bought hosting elsewhere and trying to redirect but it wont work. also need to canceled one of my domains since two where purchased on accident.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Also, tech support here is done via these forums, generally speaking. So post the details here.

  You say you are trying to redirect; I am assuming you are trying to redirect from here to your other site? Then buy the Redirect Upgrade. If you are trying to move a domain name, ie a URL, from your site here to your external site, that’s only possible with a custom domain, and the instructions are here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/?s=move+a+domain

  Domains are only refundable in the first 48 hours. To refund an upgrade, go to the dashboard My Upgrades page and click the button to refund.

  Oh, if that’s what you want to do, don’t cancel it. Just move it, using the instructions I posted above. Otherwise you have to wait up to three months to try to get it back, and you could well lose it. Just move it instead to your new website.

  Trying to do what, specifically? You’ve mentioned several different things in your posts. What domain are you trying to edit?

  Im trying to edit my domain HouseofHoundgaming.com I purchased hosting from HostGator, so im trying to use that for my hosting instead. But when i go to my domains as listed in your instructions the button that says edit that is suppose to allow me to move the hosting wont work, the text is even grayed out.

  Did you purchase that domain from WordPress.com? Make sure to set the whatever.wordpress.com URL as the Primary domain. Then you should be able to change where the other domains point without any troubles.

  Yes i purchased the domain from wordpress.com and its set to the primary domain as well, Just tried it again and still is not working. I even switched it to a different one then switched back, No luck

  I have set up my first blog on wordpress. However, I sent my blog name to a couple of friends, and they say there is a glitch, in that my blog does not come up – only some strange blue format. How do people get to see my blog. What’s the problem. Can somebody help. |I went for the FREE version – nothing too complicated!
