Really need to remove domain mapping

This domain was transferred to me and yet every time I type in the URL it maps/transfers to it’s old connected site, haileofagame.com. I have set thirdplayergames.com as my primpary and it’s still doing this. I really need it to be it’s own entity, I paid for the plan and the domain, please help?

I understand that your primary domain is going to be https://thirdplayergames.com/
Can you share the actual site address of your WordPress.com site? I will be able to have a look at it and see if the redirection happens right at my end.

Not sure I understand, that is the address of my WordPress.com site, however it is being mapped to the former owner of haileofagame.com. I can wait thirdplayergames.com and everything, but when entered it goes to the other site immediately. Feel free to give it a try.

When I open https://thirdplayergames.com/, it loads https://thirdplayergames.com/
When I open https://thirdplayergames.wordpress.com/, it loads https://thirdplayergames.com/ too.
Neither of the two seem to take me to haileofagame.com
Everything seems to be right. Can you confirm the exact place where you are seeing this? With that information, I will be able to help further.

Weird, so weird. Seems to be working now. I swear it wasn’t. Sorry to waste your time and sound like a crazy idiot haha. I appreciate your help!
