Really pissed off user who upgraded to PRO on 10/16/12 and cannot access her blo

Why is my account not showing that we upgraded to pro?
We signed up for an account and upgraded to Pro on 10-16-12. We worked on the blog for three or four days and havent worked on it until today and we cannot access our account. If we type in the wordpress address we can see our blog as we left it on 10/17/12 but when we log into our wordpress account it asks us to activate our account and if we want to upgrade and we cannot see our blog in the production view. Either fix or give us back our money just as fast as it was deducted from our account

WordPress.com employees, I am giving you one hour until 12 noon EST to fix this or I am going to call my bank and tell them you have collected money for services that not have been fully rendered. I purchased the WordPress Value Bundle and I cannot update my blog because it says that I needs to update to Pro.

In order to access the blog you must be logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade for the blog.
After you make your bundle purchase, you set your primary domain and you take all steps required to implement domain mapping. It can take between 24 – 72 hours for your domain name change to propagate throughout the internet and your own ISP will probably be the last one to flush their DNS caches. WordPress.com has no control over how long it takes for DNS caches to be flushed. It’s normal for your own ISP to be the last location to flush their DNS caches.

What is the URL starting with http:// of the domain you purchased and did you follow through with all the steps I outlined above to set the primary domain and implement domain mapping?

and we are unable to request a refund because our account isnt showing that we upgraded but our checking account was surely charhed 75 and 99 for the gridspace template and the bundle upgrade. We are calling our bank now because this is not right.

pawlowskilandscapingllc.wordpress.com is not the blog you are having trouble with – your account and blog seem to be only one hour old with a default theme on it
For the staff to help you you need to post the actual blog you worked on in the past – from that they can find your other user name and help you

As mentioned in this thread, your user account that you are posting with is one day old, and could not have upgraded on October 16, 2012.
If you are unhappy with a purchase, I’m happy to refund it, but since I can’t find the associated user account or blog, I can’t do this. If you can check with some of your coworkers or the “her” you mention in the topic title here, and ask them if there is another user name, I will be better able to help you.

Additionally, Pawlowskilandscapingllc, if you have a PayPal transaction ID, I can send you an email so you can share it with me, and I can run it in our system to see where the charges stemmed from. That might be a better way to figure out what the original user account is?
