Really Simple SSL

  • Unknown's avatar

Hi I am attempting to make the connection to my website cleverculinarian.com secure by using the plugin Really Simple SSL and there is an error that reads: The mixed content fixer could not be detected due to a cURL error: cURL error 51: SSL: no alternative certificate subject name matches target host name ‘cleverculinarian.com’. The troubleshooting guide states that I should contact my hosting provider. How do I correct this?

  • Your domain registrar and hosting provider is Namecheap, so you’ll want to reach out to them with this question.

WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.

You’ll want to use the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums for any support on managing your site. Hope that helps to point you in the right direction!
