  I have already bought domain and hosting from another website can I use wordpress to edit my website including using plugins like instamojo,yota etc, is all this available in personal premium plan

  Hosting the site with another provider means you will need to use WordPress.org software:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  to edit my website including using plugins like instamojo,yota etc, is all this available in personal premium plan

  On WordPress.com, custom plugins can only be installed on sites using the Business plan. Our plans are only available for sites hosted on WordPress.com — there is no need to purchase a plan through us if you plan to host the site elsewhere.

  If you decide to use WordPress.com, an existing domain can be mapped or transferred here.
