I have two questions this time, sorry,I had to change Templates last night as the one I originally picked was not compatible:
#1. Shouldn’t the “Automatically Generated” Related Topics be …topics from other sites, rather and Topics from my own site?
#2. whats the best way to set my “Front” page display , as far as one post..or all post ? The Ratings Button/Stars only show up when I click onto a certain “Post” I was wondering if that would change if there were only One Post on the front page @ a time?Ok, maybe that was three questions…anyway sorry again.

#2 the ratings thing is currently buggy and isn’t working on the main page. That will change when they get it fixed.
#2a I don’t understand the question: are you asking whether you should set your blog to display only one page at a time, or all of them? You can’t have it show all of them unless you’ve got an impossibly long page or a very small number of posts.

1. The possibly related posts feature will show posts from your blog as well as from the web. See this: http://support.wordpress.com/related-posts/ .
2a. How many posts you show on your main page is completely up to you. If you write long posts, and/or use lots of images, then keep your readers in mind since a good portion are still on dial up and slower 256k DSL. You can shorten longer posts by using the more tag and then you can display more posts on the front page if you wish.
2b. The ratings thing was supposed to show on the main page as well, but it created problems with the wordpress back end, so for right now they are only on the single post pages. Staff said they hope to get things figured out so that they can display it on the main page, but it may take a while. Possibly not until the next major upgrade which is probably 6-9 months off.
