  i signed up for trial premium for reanimated-bikes.com but the url shows reanimatedbikes.wordpress.com what went wrong?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The issue was the dash. WordPress.com site names only accept lowercase letters (a-z) and numbers (0-9). Dashes, underscores, and special characters are not allowed in domain names.

  Apparently, the domain name without the dash was available, and that’s what you were given.

  If that is not what you want, you can request a refund for your trial premium upgrade.

  no dash is fine.
  we dont like the .wordpress.com and thought it would be just
  reanimatedbikes.com

  I’m not sure, with the premium upgrade a custom domain should have been included.

  You can add “modlook” in the Tags in the sidebar, and that will flag it for Staff attention.

  Maybe another forum volunteer can answer your question.
