rearrange gallery images

  I have been creating galleries within pages. When I try to drag and drop an image to re-organize the order of the images it will not allow me to do that. But, that is exactly what the instructions on the galley page is when editing. What am I doing wrong? I have the twenty fourteen theme.

  Hi Timothy,

  To drag-and-drop to re-arrange images you’ll need to be on a specific page of the Edit Gallery options. Here’s a quick video on how to get there:

  If you’re on that page and cannot drag-and-drop, this is likely a browser issue. Could you try the drag-and-drop in another browser, (if you’re using Chrome, try Firefox) just to see if it works? If it does we can pretty safely assume it’s your browser interfering.

  As a first step to resolving browser issues, we recommend clearing your cache and cookies, and making sure 3rd-party cookies are enabled:

  After that, I’d check pop-blockers, or any other browser extensions that may disable javascript.

  Let me know if you find this issue in all browsers, though, or if those recommendations don’t clear it up.
