Rearrange Media Library Files in a different order?

    Is there a way to rearrange 28 files I have in my Media Library without installing some app? Click and drag some way?

    Media files are arranged by the date they were uploaded with the newest first. This you can’t change on the wordpress.com platform.

    That’s the default organization.

    Besides being able to search by media type and upload month in the drop down menus, if you display your images in rows rather than thumbnails, you can temporarily sort the images by file name, Author-the user who uploaded the file (convenient on a multi-author site), the post or page the image was uploaded to, comments (!), as well as by date.
