rearranging widgets

  I just set up a blog and am trying to rearrange the widgets, but whenever I try to click and drag one of the inactive ones to the sidebar, it doesn’t react. Actually, none of the links on the sidebars of the widgets page open for customization either and the help dropdown menu didn’t seem to work when I clicked on it either. Can you help me with this?

  WordPress is currently glitching, and I have the same problem as well. I would just say to be patient until it’s fixed.
