Reassign my Business plan to new site

    Hello WordPress Support,

    I accidentally deleted my site (icab0.wordpress.com) this morning. I had an active Business Plan purchased on April 20, 2025 (invoice ₪2,232), valid through 2028.

    I’ve created a new site: pixelstack2.wordpress.com
    Now I need to:
    – Assign my Business plan to this site
    – Connect my custom domain icab.co.il
    – Restore my UpdraftPlus backup

    The Purchases page crashes, so I can’t reassign it myself.

    Please assist urgently.

    I see you’d like to restore a site you accidentally deleted and transfer your Business Plan to a different site.

    To get started, you can restore your recently deleted site by following the steps in this guide:

    Once that’s done, for your privacy, please reach out to us at help@wordpress.com so we can help you restore your Business plan and move it to the correct site.

    Hi @elcristofue,

    Thank you for the quick response.

    Unfortunately, I already tried restoring the deleted site — but it’s no longer available under my “Deleted Sites” list. It was deleted earlier today (May 12), both the production site (icab0.wordpress.com) and the staging site were removed.

    I already sent an email to help@wordpress.com, but I’m still waiting for a response and cannot access the Purchases page (it shows a crash error).

    Please help me:
    – Reassign my active Business Plan (purchased April 20, 2025)
    – Attach it to my new site: pixelstack2.wordpress.com
    – Reconnect my domain: icab.co.il
    – Restore my site via UpdraftPlus

    This is urgent as my site is currently offline and unusable.
