Rebalance theme: Add outline to each blog post?

  Basically, I’d like to add an outline to each blog post. Right now, there are no borders and there’s nothing but white space separating each post (unless you hover over it). It’s all looking a bit too floaty.
  Can someone please help?

  Thanks so much! Managed to make it work. But couldn’t save my additional CSS. Has never saved for me.
