  Hi there,

  WordPress.com comes with a Reblog feature built in, but you’ll only see it if you’re currently logged into your WordPress.com account while viewing a post on the other site, and if the site owner has that feature enabled. Site owners have the ability to disable reblogs on their site, in which case manually copying the link or using the Share feature in the Reader (which just automates the copy-pasting) are the only options.
