reblog a wordpress post AFTER following the blog to be reblogged?

  I would like to reblog a post from one of my wordpress blogs to my second wordpress blog. The problem is, the post I want to reblog was postet BEFORE I followed the blog. What can I do to get this post into my reader and to reblog ist?
  Is there a chance to do this with a special blog-post-ID?

  Why fuddle duddle around with that? If you have some new information on an older topic then create a new post and backlink to the first one.
