Reblog and Like for other Bloggers option

  Hi, I am trying to get the reblog and like buttons for other WordPress users to show up on the blog. The Help I’ve researched says use Settings=>Sharing=>Reblog/Like. But the option for Reblog/Like is not included here. Can you tell me how to get it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
