  how to turn off the reblog button?

  Sorry for chiming in here, but I’m experiencing the same problem, I think, and the advice to look at the extensive documentation is a dead end. I think the relevant passage at the link you included is:

  Turn Reblogs On or Off

  To turn Reblogs on or off:

  1. Visit your site’s dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Sharing.
  3. Tick or untick the box next to “WordPress.com Reblog Button“.
  4. Click the “Save changes” button.

  ONLY PROBLEM WITH THAT: When you go to the Sharing Settings there’s no box to tick or untick. There’s nothing. There used to be, but not now.

  @mmahat2026 what site are you talking about because on a selfhosted site, the situation is completely different …

  Ehhhh not talking about a self-hosted site. Just pointing out that the Sharing Settings page on WordPress doesn’t actually present any options for changing settings.
