The Press This and Reblog features are specific to WordPress.com. It’s not possible to add those to a self-hosted site connected here via Jetpack.

Please tell me if there any alternate way to perform same task ?
I really need this option cz I am going to shift all my content to this self host so I will have to reBlog every new post on my old wordpress blog. -

If you want to move your content to a self-hosted site, reblogging is not the way to do it. We have a site exporter for that purpose which will export all your posts, pages and comments to a file which you can then import to your self-hosted site. You can find complete instructions here:
Your copy-pasted answer has no relevance to the question the OP asked. They seem well aware to me that WordPress.com and self-hosted WordPress are not the same, and are asking about feature parity between WordPress.com and Jetpack, and how to move their content. The WordPress.com forums is the perfect place for a question like this.
