Reblogging doesn't transfer featured image to my blog or to my facebook pages

  My reblogs are not bringing in the pictures from the original post to my blog or transferring onto facebook. I have to manually go back to the original blog and copy their featured picture as a featured image on a new post in order to bring their picture into the post. Is there not some way the image can transfer to my blog also when I click the reblog button?

  When the reblog is posted on facebook it not only doesn’t have the reblogged image, it doesn’t even have a title so none of my friends have any idea what the post is all about. This will really discourage reblogging!

  When I first started automatically posting all my posts to facebook the featured image would also come up along with the title of the recipe. Now the image is no longer appearing on the facebook status postings. What has happened? Can this be fixed?

  If the image is just set as a featured image and not included in the post, it won’t be brought over via a reblog.

  As for Facebook, we have no control over the content that Facebook chooses to included. Basically, we just send them the URL, and they find the rest.

  Facebook goes through changes like this from time to time, and if it’s anything like the past, they’ll start including your images again soon.
