Reblogging or copying my posts

  I am fed up with this sort of blogger who is constantly copying or reblogging all my post and post it in his/her blog site! I didn’t even put a reblog button since I’ve found out that most or all of my posts are being copied or reblogged. How can I block him on my website? or stop him/her seeing my post so to prevent copying it or reblogging it?
