Rebooted my smart phone and now can't access WordPress anymore.
-
I had to do a factory reboot on my Android based smartphone. Since then my use of WordPress has been completely hosed. Every time I click on the icon, it asks me to log in, and then tells me it can’t let me do that without an authorization code.
I used to have an authorization code link that worked a treat, but that vanished when my smartphone was “improved.” I have no idea what I need to do to get this working again, but as it is my ability to use WordPress on my mobile device is nowhere to be found. Any help will be appreciated.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Could you try to clear the app’s data? Go to Settings -> Applications -> Manage appliations and tap on an WordPress app. Then click on ‘clear the cache’ or ‘Clearing data’.
Looking forward to your reply.

I did that, but nothing changed. Clicked on “clear data” and it still does the same thing. Won’t let me stay logged in.

Just to be sure, are you logging in using the Application Specific Password that you set at https://wordpress.com/settings/security/ ?

Thank you, that seems to have worked. Can you tell me how to get the little icon back that generates the authorization codes?
-
Don’t you see the blue ‘Generate Backup Codes’ button at https://wordpress.com/settings/security/ ?
-
Yes, I see that on my laptop computer. What I’m trying to say is that I used to have an app on my Android device that would do that, and I can’t get it back. Maybe I’m not explaining this very clearly.

I think you mean the Google Authenticator. If you still have that app on your phone you can use that to generate codes.
If you’re having issues with that you can disable two step authentication:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/security/two-step-authentication/#disabling-two-step-authenticationand then follow this guide to set it up again: http://en.support.wordpress.com/security/two-step-authentication/#setup-with-google-authenticator
