Rebranding/Upgrading questions

    I want to set up a new site, I would be getting rid of the old, rebranding. I’m thinking of upgrading my plan to get more help setting up my site and have more templates to choose from.
    Let me tell you what all I need and maybe you can suggest the right plan for me?
    I do not need a ton. Pretty much a landing page (and secondary page to redirect to an online community site) and contact form. I do however use Jotform right now for when my clients book a session for them to fill out a form and make payment, They do not charge a fee but it does go through PayPal who obviously does. When WP says they charge a % fee + another fee.. how much is that other fee usually and does then the payment go through PayPal who also charges a fee?
    And is there a plan that includes an email address or is that always extra?
    And by upgrading it will make it easier to set the site up? I just dont want to be paying for more than I need to.. if these higher plans are more for people who need a lot more than I do.
