  Hi –

  Here are instructions on emptying your site. This will allow you to remove the content and/or design and start over. You will keep your domain with this option. See here:
  http://support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  If you delete your site, you will loose the domain. So please read carefully prior to deleting it. Here are delete instructions:
