  I would like to start building my website again. My domain is currently registered with you. What are the covered services for $99/year?

  If you’re talking about the site linked to this account who did you actually pay your $99 to?

  Name Server: NS8421.HOSTGATOR.COM
  Name Server: NS8422.HOSTGATOR.COM

  That domain was registered here but isn’t currently pointed here. If you paid HostGator perhaps you should be reaching out to them. I’ll tag this thread for staff.

  No worries. We can help get you in the right direction for some help. The account you’re using to contact us has never made a WordPress.com purchase.

  Did you get our emailed receipt? That gets sent out automatically whenever we process a transaction. That will be delivered to the email account associated with the account. If you find that email, use that address to sign in at WordPress.com. That receipt email will also tell you which site was connected to the charge.
