  How to rebuild website hosted by a different service using wordpress

  The url for my site is http://www.chemistry-prep.com. It is hosted by hostgator. They have a third party CMS called “Website Builder” that I used. I used one of their templates.

  I did a bit of research into their “Gator Website Builder” and I don’t see they have any support documentation on how you can export your content from that builder.

  I would recommend reaching out to HostGator support to see if there’s a way to export your existing content into a format that WordPress can use. If not, I’m afraid you would need to copy and paste your content from there to new posts and pages here.

  But, you can get your site set up here before switching your domain over.

  When you sign up for a new site, we give you a free subdomain (*.wordpress.com) that you can use to start building your new site.
