  hi i want to add a comments page for reviews or for questions and inquieries. so my question is after or just before a person submits on a comments can i use the google reCAPTCHA to make sure they are not a bot?

  thank you, yes i have read that earlier but that only hides your email not stopping spammers/robots

  You are confusing wordpress.COM hosted sites with wordpress.ORG software installs.

  WordPress.com blogs have built-in plugins only.

  Blogger installed plugin capability does not exist on WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

  For that type of functionality, you’d need a self-hosted WordPress.ORG software install running on a paid web hosting service.

  thank you,,yeh i was only testing this site to see what it was like i am using joomla for me. but i had good things about wordpress, so i thought i would have a play on it for a friend of mine, and to be honest it is very good and user friendly and my friend wants me to build a proper site now for her, so i told her to buy a hosting and full wordpress.. ha
