Recaptcha error problems for members

  • Unknown's avatar

I am using the memberpress plugin on my website. When members are logging in, perhaps too many from the same IP address, they are getting a maths security question. When they answer it (correctly), it goes to an error page.

How can I stop it from going to an error page or disable the recaptcha?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi there,

Since you’re using a specific plugin, in this case, MemberPress, the best course of action is to contact the plugin’s own support team for assistance. They have the most knowledge about their product and can provide the specific support you need. You can contact MemberPress support via their website at this address: https://memberpress.com/support/

Here at WordPress.com, we offer support for sites hosted on our platform. We have a comprehensive understanding of our hosting services, and we can provide in-depth support for them. But when it comes to specific third-party plugins, the respective plugin developers will be the best point of contact.

If you need help with your WordPress installation, feel free to post your questions on the official WordPress.org support forums, which can be found at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/. This forum is a great place to seek help from the wider WordPress community.

Thank you for understanding, and we hope your issue gets resolved soon.
